Job Description:

Applicant: Must be a self-starter that can work independently and have strong critical thinking skills. Responsible for processing incoming mail and documents to include scanning and OCR. Assist with covering the Front Desk and other related duties as determined by your supervisor and/or Management.

Skills Required

Applicant: Must have excellent verbal communication skills. Strong computer and typing skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, and Adobe Acrobat. Must also be well organized and able to work under strict time constraints and ability to determine priorities based on current office needs.
