Caribbean Lottery Services seeks candidates for the post of Agent Representative. This challenging position is based in St. Thomas and will require the successful candidate to recruit, manage and support a portfolio of retail agents and implement an effective sales strategy to achieve sales objectives and targets to grow the business.
The successful candidate must:
Be a sales driven, high performer with a track record in growing sales
Have strong experience in sales. Experience within the distributive retail trades recruitment and management of distributing partners (accounts) required.
Possess strong negotiation skills and excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills.
Must be highly self-motivated with strong innovation and be a proactive.
Possess effective time management skills.
Be comfortable working in a fast paced environment to strict corporate deadlines and targets.
Must be a proactive team player with initiative and strong customer relations skills.
Strong interpersonal skills able to work with diverse personnel.
Skills Required
Have minimum five (5) years Sales experience in the distributive trades. Experience in recruitment and management of distributing partners (accounts) mandatory.
Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Sales. or Business Management
Be highly computer literate and proficient in MS software programs: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
