Job Description:

We offer luxury branded watches and jewelry at duty free prices. Our Corporate offices and majority of our stores are located in St. Thomas as well as in St. Maarten, Aruba, Barbados, Nassau, Curacao, Key West, Puerto Rico, St. John, and Tortola.
We are searching for a strong and dynamic Distribution Center Manager to work in St. Thomas and will manage and lead a team of 12 to 14 employees in the processing and distribution of merchandise to our stores.
The DC Manager will be the point person for all receipts coming into and going out of the DC as well as any issues from stores on shipments. Responsibilities include coaching and developing, organizing, planning and directing the work of vault staff, overseeing quality inspections and managing DC inventory levels, coordinating all aspects of returns to vendors and reconciling reports.They will work closely with our Merchandising and Store Operations departments to ensure efficient distribution within our network of stores.
Skills Required
The ideal candidate has a strong background in management with a minimum of 3-5 years in a DC environment, with inventory management experience preferably using a WMS and knowledge of retail sales/merchandising in the jewelry and watch environment.In addition, excellent communication skills, process orientation skills, analytical thinking and project management skills are a must.
