Job Description:
- Need both Full & Part-Time Crew Chief Supervisors needed for local restaurant. -Supervisory Skills needed in the Food Industry. -Flexible Hours including weekends. -Responsible for making sure that the guests are being served expeditiously with great customer service and a smile. -Able to supervise between 4-13 staff members at a time. -Responsible for making sure staff member is completing their task and able to work well with other staff members. -Making sure that the standard operating procedures and guidelines are being followed. -Able to assist the cooks, servers and combos when needed to assure the guest are served in a prompt manner. -Keeping all areas clean and safe for the guest and staff. - The Crew Chief Supervisors must be able to communicate well with the staff and guest with excellent customer skills. -Able to motivate the team members, multi task and follow-up and follow through with tasks as assigned or delegated. |
