Job Description:
1 | Deliver Company Value proposition in its territory working through Company Dealers, who he/she shall influence by acting as an expert advisor in the retail field. | 2 | Develop a 5 yr business plan (the master plan) for the retail sites and dealers under his/hers governance. | 3 | Implement Retail Marketing initiatives. | 4 | Champion Company Brand and HES standards for his/hers sites, including periodic image and safety audits. | 5 | Improve service levels through the implementation, through the dealer’s staff, of the service program. | 7 | Identifying and capture business opportunities (new sites, upgrades, contracts renewals) by developing, executing and delivering negotiation strategies. | 8 | Owners of the relationship with the dealers; single point of contact. | 9 | Maintain administrative control of the following: credit, credit notes, contracts, maintenance orders, inventory assessments, Banks Guarantees, volumes, product deliveries, insurance, programs, and initiatives. | |

Requirements: Experience: · Undergraduate University Degree in Industrial engineering, Business Administration or other related field. · Post Graduate University Degree in Business Administration or Commerce is preferred. · Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position. | Skills: · Bilingual: English and + Spanish. · Advanced Knowledge of MS Office. · Knowledge and basic understanding of marketing mix (price, product, promotion, place). · Knowledge and basic understanding of financial information (accounting statements, profit and loss statements, cash flow) | |
