Job Description:

  • Support attorneys in a legal setting.
  • Prepare correspondence and legal documents under the supervision of an attorney or a paralegal.
  • prepare documents for submission to the courts. 
  • Manage calendaring for multiple attorneys
  • Perform transcription
  • Schedule meetings .
  • Manage travel and schedule.
  • Handle information requests.
  • Prepare correspondence 
  • Manage spreadsheets.
  • Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
  • Maintain office procedures.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements; prepares itineraries; prepare, compile and maintain travel vouchers and records.
  • Operate office equipment, such as photocopy machine and scanner.
  • Receive and relay telephone messages.
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
  • Knowledge of local court rules. 

Skills Required

Proficient user of Microsoft Word and Outlook 2010 

Proficient user of Adobe Acrobat Professional 

Excellent Communication Skills
